Privacy notice

How we handle the information you share.

This notice explains how Voraluz handles business and contact information received when you call, text, email or submit a website form.

Effective date: July 17, 2026. Voraluz does not ask customers to send passwords, verification codes, payment-card details or private account credentials by text or email.

Information you choose to share

You may voluntarily send your name, business name, phone number, email address, website or Google link, service area, project goals and other details needed to understand your request. Website forms may also collect your preferred language, the business challenge you select, preferred dates or time windows, timezone and optional context about your inquiry workflow.

Clinic inquiry and scheduling forms are for business information only. Do not submit patient names, medical records, diagnoses, treatment details or other protected health information.

Basic technical information

The website and its hosting and anti-spam providers may process basic technical request data—such as an IP address, browser type, requested page and security signals—to deliver, protect and troubleshoot the site. When present, Voraluz may process referral or campaign parameters, such as UTM values, to understand how a request reached the website.

How Voraluz uses information

  • Respond to your call, text, email or website request.
  • Review the public digital presence or inquiry workflow you asked us to assess.
  • Prepare, deliver and support approved services.
  • Maintain project records, security and legal compliance.

Service providers

Voraluz does not sell or rent personal information. Cloudflare provides website hosting, protected form storage and anti-spam verification. Google Workspace provides business email. These and other approved service providers process information only as reasonably needed for those functions or when required by law.

Retention and security

Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the request, approved work, recordkeeping and legal obligations. Voraluz uses practical safeguards, but no internet or messaging system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may ask Voraluz to review, correct or delete information you previously provided. Some records may need to be retained for legal, security or completed-service documentation.

Children

Voraluz services are intended for businesses and adults. The website is not designed to collect personal information from children.
